Arijac, whose real name is Harry Jacques, was born in Gonaives, Haiti. He studied architecture in the United States. Arijac's style is impressionistic and his favorite subjects are portraits, landscapes, and abstracts. His art can be found in all the Haitian art galleries, and books on Haitian art.
